Bokningsvillkor
Branschens standardregler vid bokning av öppen kurs:
1. Bokningsvillkor ska alltid anges i utbildningsföretagets kursinformation.
2. Anmälan är bindande för deltagarens företag så snart utbildningsföretaget accepterat bokningen och har skickat bekräftelse på att deltagaren antagits på kursen. Avbokning ska alltid ske skriftligt till CoreCode.
3. Vid avbokning 4 - 0 veckor före kursstart ska beställaren ersätta utbildningsföretaget, CoreCode, med 100% av kursavgiften samt kost och logi.
4. Vid förhinder kan platsen överlåtas till annan i samma företag efter samråd med utbildningsföretaget, CoreCode. En administrativ kostnad på 1500 kronor ex. moms tillkommer 4 - 0 veckor före kursstart.
5. Vid ombokning 2 – 4 veckor före kursstart till annan kursvecka hos CoreCode, tillkommer en administrativ kostnad på 1500 kronor ex. moms.
6. Vid ombokning mindre än 2 veckor före kursstart tillkommer 100% av kost och logikostnaden samt en administrativ avgift om 1500 kronor ex moms.
7. Utbildningsföretaget, Corecode, har rätt att ställa in en kurs varvid alla eventuellt inbetalda avgifter återbetalas. Ersättningar därutöver utbetalas ej.
8. CoreCode fakturerar kursavgiften 21 dagar innan kursstart med betalningsvillkor, 30 dagar.
Dessa regler använder vi även vid anlitande av underleverantörer/konsulter om inget annat är överenskommet.
Standard rules of cancellation on open courses:
1.Cancellation Policy must always be mentioned in the course information.
2. Registration is binding as soon the training company have accepted the booking and sent confirmation to the participant or to the the person who made the booking. Cancellation must be made in writing to CoreCode.
3. If cancellation up to 4-0 weeks before course start will the client replace the education company, CoreCode, with 100% of the course fee and board and lodging.
4. If unable to attend at the course, the seat can be transferred to another participant in the same company after consulting education company, CoreCode. An administrative cost of SEK 1,500 ex. VAT is added 4 - 0 weeks before the start of the course.
5. When rebooking 2 – 4 weeks before the start of the course to another course week at CoreCode, an administrative cost of SEK 1,500 ex. VAT will be added.
6. In case of rebooking less than 2 weeks before the start of the course, 100% of the board and lodging costs will be added as well as an administrative fee of SEK 1,500 ex. VAT.
7. CoreCode International, have the right to cancel a course whereupon all possible paid fees to be refunded. Benefits are not paid additionally.
8. CoreCode invoices the course fee 21 days before course start with payment terms of 30 days.
Purchases of the course throughout retailers with invoicing responsibility, the dealers concerns payments and billing terms.
These rules, we also use at engaging of subcontractors / consultants, if nothing else is agreed.
